First snows fall

Aircraft touched down in Beijing capital airport around 10:30 in the evening. Captain announced the outside tempreture was -1 degree in Beijing. No snow... bit disappointed. My colleage asked me, it has to be around how many degree in order to form some snow? I don't know... do u know?

I still remember when was the last time I see snow... about a year ago, same place in Beijing, around 6 o'clock in the morning. Before the flight depart from Beijing to Dubai, we saw the first snow falls on Beijing' Winter 2007. It was so beautiful...!

Our flight was delayed from departure that morning, due to the snow falls on the aircraft' wings... as safety precaution, the aircraft wings need to be de-icing before it attempts to take off. None of us cares about the delay including our passenger, coz we were all amazed from the snow flakes falled outside the aircraft... in 6 o'clock in the morning, it was just ~ Amazing~!!
Will I have change to see some snow tomorrow morning? Let's see my luck =)
